APG|SGA and Media Frankfurt enter into a cross-border partnership

APG|SGA, the number 1 for outdoor advertising in Switzerland and exclusive marketing partner of Zurich Airport, and Media Frankfurt have concluded a high-reach marketing cooperation. Advertising customers can book combined digital campaigns for both airports from August 2023.


Frankfurt, 13 September 2023. With the cooperation of the marketers of Frankfurt and Zurich Airports, two strong partners have found each other: Media Frankfurt with one of Europe's largest airports and APG|SGA with Switzerland's leading airport. Via Media Frankfurt, advertising customers can now extend their brand presence for the attractive target group of air travellers to Switzerland without additional effort - from a single source. Since 2020, the exclusive marketer of all analogue and digital advertising space at Zurich Airport has been APG|SGA, a dynamic service company with a Swiss tradition and a focus on out-of-home media. The international OoH marketer JCDecaux holds a minority stake in the company, as it does in Media Frankfurt.

As both airports can now be booked from a single source and covered by a single campaign, the effort on the customer side is reduced while the reach is exploited to the fullest - not only across airports but also across national borders. For the entire marketing cooperation with seven airports (Frankfurt, Berlin, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Dusseldorf, Vienna, Zurich) Media Frankfurt now also offers five target group-based advertising packages under the label "SkyConnect", which can be booked across locations according to the requirements of the campaign: Business, Holiday, Luxury, Welcome and Departure.
